The dried ginger roots can then be stored for later use or processed into various forms, such as ground ginger or ginger paste.

  2. Dried ginger: Dried ginger can be ground into a powder and used as a spice in cooking or baking.
  3. Ginger tea: Ginger tea can be made by simmering slices of fresh ginger in water for several minutes. It can be enjoyed hot or chilled and is often sweetened with honey.
  4. Ginger supplements: Ginger is available in supplement form, such as capsules or extracts. It is important to follow the dosage instructions on the supplement label and to speak with a healthcare provider before taking ginger supplements, as they may interact with certain medications.
